InFirst Bank, a $500 million-plus bank with 10 branches in western Pennsylvania, has entered into a formal agreement permitting Beacon Legacy Planners LLC to purchase and acquire all of the business assets of InFirst Financial Advisors LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of InFirst Bank; and for Beacon Legacy Planners LLC to take over the investment management and wealth management services delivery for InFirst Bank, with the deal to close on or before Dec. 31.

Bradley L. Peterson, founder and CEO of Beacon Legacy Planners LLC, current managing director for InFirst Financial Advisors LLC and investment executive for Osaic Institutions Inc., will oversee the transition of clients and wealth management services between the two firms.
